Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information NP Elite Basketball (“NP Elite,” “we”) collects through npelitebasketball.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email hello@npelitebasketball.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our registration form. That form is meant to be filled out by a parent or guardian, and it asks for:

• The player's name, date of birth, skill level and, if you choose, their basketball experience
• The parent or guardian's name, phone number and email address

The site doesn't set cookies and we don't use advertising tools. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed, the referring site, and general device, browser and country information. It doesn't use cookies or identify you personally (see our Cookie Policy). Like any website, our hosting provider also records basic technical information such as IP address and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

Children's information

Our players are kids, so we take this seriously. The registration form is for parents and guardians, not for children to fill out themselves. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you think a child has submitted information to us, email us and we'll delete it.

How we use it

• To contact you about registration, teams, practices, games and cost
• To place your player on the right team for their age and skill level
• To send you a confirmation email with the practice schedule

We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with:

• Our coaching staff, who need it to contact you and run the program
• Service providers that run the site and deliver email for us: Vercel (website hosting and visit counts), Resend (sending form emails) and Microsoft (our email inbox). They handle the information on our behalf only.
• Authorities, if the law requires it or to protect someone's safety

How long we keep it

We keep registration information while your player is with the program and for a reasonable time after, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you or your player by emailing hello@npelitebasketball.com. We'll respond within 30 days. California residents have these rights under state law, and we extend them to everyone.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. We don't track visitors across other websites, and our visit counts don't identify anyone, so we don't change anything in response to that signal.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, and access to registration emails is limited to our staff. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as medical or financial details through the form.

Links to other sites

Our site links to Instagram, Google Maps and tournament hosts. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
