Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of npelitebasketball.com, run by NP Elite Basketball (“NP Elite,” “we”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Registering a player

Sending the registration form tells us you're interested. It doesn't enroll your player or commit you to pay anything. A coach will follow up about team placement, cost and next steps, and enrollment is confirmed only after that. Participation in practices, games and tournaments may require a separate registration, fee agreement or liability waiver.

You must be at least 18 and the player's parent or legal guardian to submit the form, and the information you give us must be accurate.

Schedules

We post game and practice times as a convenience. Tournament hosts set game times and can change them on short notice, and practices can move because of weather or facility issues. Always check with your coach before you travel. We aren't responsible for costs or missed events caused by a schedule change.

Using the site

Please don't:

• Submit false information or register someone without their parent or guardian's permission
• Try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site
• Use the form to send spam or anything unlawful

Our content

The NP Elite name, logo, text and photos on this site belong to NP Elite or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links and the schedule with other families, but please don't copy the site or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Other sites

We link to sites we don't control, such as Instagram, Google Maps and tournament hosts. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be error-free or online.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, NP Elite isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages that come from using this website. This section covers the website only. Participation in the program itself is governed by the agreements you sign when you enroll.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send us.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by California law.
